Abstract This article explores the phonological, grammatic, and lexis aspects in formation of Uzbek-English. It also differentiates dialects from accents because those expressions are used interchangeably among language users. Moreover, it indicated some phonemes that does not exist in Uzbek language but challenging to pronounce for Uzbek learners.
