Abstract The implementation of educational policy at any level involves an analysis of the effectiveness of educational activities. The repetition in the national education of the global trend of transforming higher education from elite to mass, when it is received not by the elite, but by the majority of young people who have graduated from a secondary vocational educational institution, an increase in the number of higher educational institutions, suggests the need to analyze the quality of specialist training. Our republic has developed a state procedure for accreditation as a mechanism for managing the quality of education.
