Abstract The article deals with the issues based on the relationship of physical culture and the “Union of Youth”, in revealing the features ofphysical and creative activity in the education of youth. The purpose of the article is considered as: theoretical substantiation and practical implementation of the development of the creative potential of students. As well as, the authors use the methodology of practical research, recommended for use in the development of creative potential. In the course of research, the approaches and principles of organizing the development process are substantiated. The authors of the article draw attention to the need to create pedagogical conditions for its effective implementation in universities.
