The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the various aspects, dimensions, and outcomes of ethical leadership. The paper initially introduces the conceptual framework of ethical leadership and its relevant traits. And then discusses the propositions related to various aspects and outcomes of ethical leadership based on the review of pertinent studies published during the last few decades. The paper ends with the discussion of noteworthy implications that are relevant to the advancement of ethical leadership in the organization.
