Abstract

This paper discusses how a faculty can customize the teaching - learning process using personalized assignments for students to make learning an enjoyable process. Every one has multiple ways of learning. Once the teacher takes the profiling of the students based on the results of the multiple intelligence test a teacher needs to re align his/her teaching style delivery methods and customize the ways of assignments to be given so as to ensure that learner loves to learn the subject in his/her own way.
