Online published on 12 December, 2019. Abstract Meloidogyne enterolobii females laid eggs and multiplied on the roots of guava wilt resistant rootstock. Even it was found to exhibiting susceptibility under field conditions. Cultivation of vegetables in the closer vicinity of thirty five year old guava orchard and use common irrigation source was found responsible the spread nematode infestation depending upon the distance from vegetable field and irrigation source. Four vegetable crops viz., brinjal, chilli, okra and tomato displayed varying degree of reaction against three populations of M. enterolobii collected from Badaun, Lakhimpurkheri and Mall/Malihabad.
