Online published on 12 December, 2019. Abstract A new species of the genus Cruznema and a new species of the genus Acrobeloides is described and illustrated. Cruznema minimus sp. n. (L = 0.46–0.60 mm, a = 10.3–13.9; b = 3.8–4.4, c = 9.9–11.4, c’ = 2.7–3.5, V = 75.6–80) is characterized in having 2–3 μm thick cuticle with distinct punctations, six lateral lines, stoma 4–5 times longer than wide, metastegostom isomorphic, pharynx with pyriform bulb containing single chambered haustrulum, post uterine sac about half of corresponding body diameter, uterus without eggs, spermatheca indistinct and male with spicules = 19–23 μm, gubernaculum = 17–18 μm, rounded half closed bursa and eight pairs of genital papillae. Acrobeloides insignis sp. n. (L = 0.31–0.38 mm, a = 14.1–19.3, b = 3.3–3.6, c = 14.1–19.3, c’ = 1.7–2.2, V = 65.2–66.6) is characterized in having 2–3 μm thick cuticle with distinct annulations, three lateral lines, labial probolae conoid with fine distal end, spermatheca 12–24 μm long, post uterine sac absent, vulval lips protruded 4–5 μm form a distinct tube and absence of male.
