Abstract

Pleomorphic adenoma is the commonest benign salivary gland tumor. Pleomorphic adenoma most commonly occurs in relation to major salivary glands, but rarely can occur intra orally in relation to minor salivary glands. This paper presents two cases of pleomorphic adenoma occurring as an intra oral swelling in relation to palate.
