Abstract This article presents two periodontally compromised cases who reported to the department of orthodontics with a chief complain of compromised esthetics due to increased spacing in teeth in upper arch. Patients had generalized spacing in maxillary anterior region and mobility in upper central incisor region. A multidisciplinary treatment approach was planned involving periodontics, orthodontics and prosthodontics to achieve good esthetics in these two cases. Top |
