Abstract The inventory of cerambycids from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir prepared in this study revealed 21 species under 14 genera in 20 tribes of three subfamilies. Subfamily Lamiinae with 12 tribes followed by Cerambycinae with five tribes, and Prioninae with two tribes were the taxonomic arrangements for these. Of these 12, 7, 2 species from 11, 1, and 2 genera belong to the subfamilies Lamiinae, Cerambycinae and Prioninae, respectively. The maximum adult activity in these groups was observed during June-August while the maximum diversity was exhibited at the Dhar block of Pathankot, Punjab.
