Online published on 27 November, 2019. Abstract Introduction Dental caries in disabilities children has a significant effect on their quality of life. Assessment of quality of life related to oral health needs of children specifically based on perceptions of parents. This assessment involves four domains, namely oral disease, functional disorders, emotional health disorders, and social welfare disorders. Analyze the relationship between dental caries and oral health related to quality of life in disabilities children. Method Assessment of dental caries using the DMFT index, while the assessment of quality of life using a questionnaire instrument. Analysis Data analysis was performed using the Spearman correlation test. Results It was found that there was a significant relationship between dental caries and oral health related to quality of life of children with disabilities (r=-0.335, p-value=0.035). Conclusion Dental caries in children with disabilities has a negative impact on oral health related to quality of life including oral and functional disorders, but has no effect on emotional health and social welfare.
