Abstract The prosthetic management of an edentulous patient is a challenge. While conventional complete dentures have been the traditional standard for care of edentulous patients, they also pose several problems especially in the mandibular arch. The consensus is growing towards accepting implant assisted mandibular overdentures as minimum standard for care amongst edentulous patients. An implant overdenture essentially solves most of the problems reported by the patients in acceptance of a conventional mandibular denture. The present article aims to present a case of an edentulous mandibular arc restored by a two implant retained mandibular complete denture.
