Abstract Introduction Community and environmental health development are interrelated. This study aims to determine the effect of income and anxiety of rural communities, especially farmers in Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi on access to education services and access to health services Method This study uses a mixed method between survey and perceptional approaches to obtain qualitative and quantitative data based on the sources. The proportional random sampling uses to assigned 130 farmers. The survey analyzed using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) software. Results Analysis of income and anxiety variables on Education were insignificance with p = 0.531. There was a Significance relationship between income and anxiety variable to access to non-health care services with p = 0.00 and Health care facilities p = 0.913. There is a significant relationship between farmer's income on the poverty level of rural communities (farmers) with p = 0.000. Conclusion This study found the relation of income and anxiety on the level of access to non-health care services. Also the relationship between farmer's income on the poverty level of rural communities in Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi.
