Online published on 23 December, 2019. Abstract Among the various methods used to synthesize of nanoparticles is the biological method is best favorable. Fungi supply several advantages in this context.in this study, extracellular synthesis of silver nanoparticles from Trichoderma harzianum isolated from soil samples. The aim of this study is the biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles by Trichoderma harzianum and evaluating their biomedical action against multidrug resistant bacterium (MDR) of every gram positive &gram negative bacteria (Enterobacter spp.& Acinetobacter spp.). The characterization can done with the help of XRD, SEM and AFM. Top Keywords Biosynthesis Ag-NPs, Trichoderma harzainum, Antibacterial activity, Nanotechnology. Top |
