Online published on 23 December, 2019. Abstract Achieving good results requires the adoption of appropriate methods of training. The problem of the research was the lack of scientific and training methods related to the development of fitness and balance, which have a negative impact on the accuracy of skill performance. Therefore, researchers decided to study the problem through using the effectiveness of exercises as physical-skill in the development of fitness and balance as well as the accuracy of performing both the skills of preparing and receipting the volleyball. The most important conclusions of the research: 1-Psychological differences among the results of pre-and post-tests of the experimental group in all the research variables and in favor of post-tests.2. Psychological differences among the results of the post-tests of the two experimental groups in all the research variables and in favor of the experimental group.
