Abstract Leishmaniasis is a major health problem worldwide, endemic in 98 countries and around 1.3 million new cases are reported every year. A total of 50 patients infected with cutaneous leismaniasis (36 males and 14 females) during period extended from November 2018 to end of April 2019. Those patients were complained from skin lesion in exposed part of the body mostly in the face, leg, arm and the back, diagnosed clinically by special dermatologist as cutaneous leishmaniasis, monthly rates of cases Cutaneous Lesishmaniasis was have increased especially in December, it was (50%), which is the highest percent of infection, the percent of infection was high in males compaire with female, especillyb in age ranging from (1–10) years. The percent of infection with Cutaneous leishmaniasis according to site of lesions record (58%, 18% and 14%) in limbs, face and both (face and limbs) respectively while the neck abdomen appear lowest percent it was (2% and 2%) respectively.
