Online published on 8 March, 2019. Abstract Purpose The idea of the research is to look at the role of factors enhancing learners’ presentation. The factors influence on academic performance such as teaching styles, communication method, assessment methods and ICT skills are considered. The Dependant variable academic performance is considered as univariate. Research methodology Purposive Sampling was used in the study to collect the data; structured Questionnaire was distributed to 110 respondents of students (male and female). 10 Questionnaires were found to be unfilled so total 100 respondents (n=100). CFA and SEM were the statistical tools applied for the analysis in AMOS-21 to check the hypothesis of learn. Findings This analysis shows a positive and significant relationship between the independent variables teaching styles and ICT skills and the dependant variable Academic performance. The variable ICT Skills is a new variable used in review of literature in India. But it has started to gain momentum in all aspects. The study also reveals the significance of ICT usage through the study among management students. Practical implication The paper have definite confines. The study was pertaining to management students only. On the other hand the implications are the results of the study can be used for the purpose of developing new strategies in the field of academics in the management students. For researchers this study can be extended for future variables with more related variables. Secondly it can spread across to other educational institutions also. Uniqueness This study is an initial try to know, ‘enhance of variables relating to academic performance of Post graduate Students in Indian context.
