Abstract Heart attack is a global leading cause of death for both gender and the occurrence is not always known to us. Usually heart rate calculation has traditionally been conducted using specialized hardware or device. It used most commonly in the form of pulse dosimeters or electrocardiogram devices. This system tries to assist the specialists to diagnose heart disease earlier and evaluate related risk factors. Data mining techniques were applied on a dataset. Finally, the main heart disease diagnosis indices were identified and a model was developed based on extracted rules. R programming was used to write the algorithm code.
