This makes it a key focus for government and health agencies to maintain its quality and safety to prevent illness associated with consumption of contaminated food. This review focuses on the pathogens that are not included in routine studies thereby are often under reported. This will help us get a better understanding of the emerging foodborne bacterial pathogens that are nurturing under the roof of other highly fatal pathogens.
