The public people are ready to bought goods and services from the organisation without taking a risk. The risk less people are choosing the social Medias recommendations, these kinds of recommendations may lead to promote the goods in to the customers hands very easily. The easiest method may followed by the way of social media. The social media convey one information about product to number people at single minutes of time. It contains the need, scope, objectives of studies and also using the tools of Chi-square test for analyzing the data.
