Online published on 13 November, 2019. Abstract This study investigates administrative staff's satisfaction level towards their higher educational institutions (HEI). In this study, we compare administrative staff's satisfaction differences from their demographic profiles: working experiences, age, and gender. A total of 322 administrative staff provided their feedbacks based on three elements of satisfactions which are: satisfied with their knowledge, satisfied with the management process of their HEI and finally satisfied with the escalation or growth of their HEI. The findings reveal that administrative staff were satisfied with knowledge obtained followed by satisfaction on the management of the university. On the other hand, administrative staff of HEI felt that they are least satisfied with the HEI‘s escalation. The findings unveil that female and senior administrative staff have much higher level of satisfaction compared to other related age and working experience groups.
