Abstract In the automobiles, heat of the engine is reduced by the radiators. The radiators are exchange the heat of the engine to the surroundings. The ram effect is used to generate the cooling air in the vehicle for the cooling system which in the vehicle. The fan generates the suction by the motion of the vehicle by the ram effect. In this paper, the radiator fan blade is create in different shapes by using SOLIDWORKS software. The various designs are analysis by the ANSYS workbench software. The pressure, velocity streamline and viscosity are taken from the ANSYS workbench software and also it is compare with the presently used radiator fan blade of the TATA ACE vehicle.
