Patients are mostly concerned about their aesthetic appearance due to discoloration and loss of tooth structure. These cases are often complicated by poor management of periodontal disease, presenting a challenge during treatment. This case report describes a combination of surgical and aesthetic procedures in management of a severe case of dental fluorosis with brown surface discoloration and small defects combined with chronic generalised periodontitis.
