The IL-6 method uses ELISA and NF-kB using immunohistochemistry. Results: IL-6 and NF-kB show a decreased level after being treated with a dose of 1500 mg/BB. Conclusion: Black cumin extract has the effect to reduce serum IL-6 levels and expression of p65 NF-kB placenta which will be used as a therapy for preeclampsia disorders.
