Online published on 11 July, 2019. Abstract Objective To find effect of Customized Splint and Soft tissue mobilization Exercises in Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Methods 30 Subjects Diagnosed with CTS were screened and were divided into 2 group. i.e, Group A Subjects were given Customized Splint, Ultrasound and Exercises and Group B Subjects were given Soft tissue Mobilization, Ultrasound, Exercises. The interpretation of the study was done on the basis of Comparing pre-test and post-test assessment of VAS and FSS. Result Within group comparison result, FSS and VAS were found to be statistically extremely significant in both the groups (p < 0.0001). Whereas between the group comparison result showed that group A was statistically significant in reducing FSS score (p = 0.01), VAS (on rest) score (p = 0.0008) and VAS (on activity) score (p = 0.016) than Group B. Conclusion It was concluded that group A and Group B showed significant reduction in FSS and VAS scores in Subjects with CTS. But from this Study Group A was found to be more effective than Group B.
