Transabdominal ultrasonography was performed for intestinal evaluation, but was not able to trace the intussuscepted mass. Thus was considered for exploratory laparotomy as next alternative for confirmation of intestinal obstruction due to intussusception. Right flank laparotomy was performed in all the cows. Four cows survived and two cows died because of late presentation with signs of peritonitis. Top Keywords Cow, intussusception, ultrasonography. Top |
