In majority of the animals, swelling started in advance pregnancy or within few days after parturition. All animals were operated in standing position. Contents of the hernial sac were found to be urinary bladder, peritoneal fat, rectum and loops of intestines. Contents of sac were repositioned and herniorrhaphy was performed in all animals. Except one case, all bovines recovered uneventfully and no recurrence was observed. Top Keywords Bovine, herniorrhaphy, perineal hernia, urinary bladder. Top |
