Online published on 18 April, 2018. Abstract The present report describes management of omphalocoele along with abomasal hernia and hernial sac fistula in two calves. Both calves were diagnosed on the basis of clinical examination. The discharge from fistula was acidic in nature. Herniorraphy was performed under local analgesia following inversion suture pattern using chromic catgut for repair of abomasal fistula and abdominal defect repaired using vast-over-pant technique.
