Gyneco-clinical examination revealed long standing dystocia, foul smelling, extra sized dead foetuses at birth canal. Fluid therapy followed by supportive treatment was administered. Proper lubrication was made in uterus by carboxyl methyl cellulose sodium. Using repulsion, corrected normal fetal presentation, position and posture, under epidural anaesthesia, partial fetotomy was performed and relieved foetuses successfully.
