Online published on 18 April, 2018. Abstract A crossbred Holstein Friesian cow was reported with lameness, abnormal gait and excess tissue growth in both hind limbs. Surgical removal under intravenous regional analgesia (IVRA) was resorted too. The animal was restrained, interdigital space was thoroughly cleaned and prepared aseptically. An elliptical incision over the skin was made and growth was resected along with some healthy tissues and fat. The growth was subjected for histopathological examination confirming interdigital hyperplasia, hyperkeratosis, demodicosis and dermatophilosis. Post-operatively, anti-inflammatory and antibiotics were administered followed by rest for three days. Later, the cow was treated for demodicosis and dermatophilosis respectively.
