Abstract Total 120 cattle with different hoof affections of sole, heel, white line, coronet, abaxial wall as well as interdigital space were surgico-therapeutically managed using foot bath, trimming, antibiotic therapy and application of hoof block. The surgicotherapeutic strategies were evaluated by measuring the lameness score recorded on 10th, 20th, 30th and 45th day after treatment.
