Online published on 5 November, 2018. Abstract Therapeutic efficacy of Tolfenamic acid 8% was evaluated in ten (10) bovines suffering with respiratory diseases. Tolfenamic acid 8% was administered intramuscularly @ 2 mg/kg b. wt. at intervals of 48 hours as an adjuvant to Ceftiofur Sodium/Enrofloxacin either in single, double or triple doses as per the requirements. These animals were also administered with B-complex with liver extract and Chlorpheniramine maleate. The results indicated that rectal temperature powered on 2nd day of treatment, dyspnoea, coughing and nasal discharge were totally decreased on 3rd day of treatment. General condition and appetite was maintained normal from 7th day of treatment. It proves the therapeutic efficacy of Tolfenamic acid 8% in respiratory diseases in bovines.
