Abstract

A castrated male kid was presented with history of urine dribbling through prepucial orifice and complete urine retension. The case was operated for obstructive urolithiasis by tube cystostomy and simultaneously for bilateral extramural ureteral ectopia by neoureterocystostomy. Surgical intervention and adequate post-operative measures made recovery uneventfull and successful.
