Online published on 4 May, 2019. Abstract Four Holstein Friesian cows and one Murrah buffalo were presented with history of variable shaped growths in the eyes and apparent loss of vision. Physiological and hematological examination revealed all parameters within normal range. All animals were surgically operated under regional nerve block. Histopathology of excised mass confirmed squamous cell carcinoma and it was successfully managed by eye extirpation. Animals recovered uneventfully.
