Abstract Interpretation of autopsy as well as clinical findings with diligence is one of the prerequisite in any medico legal case; however unusual findings can sometimes be very confusing for forensic expert to interpret. These case studies are one of those similar situation where unilateral subdural hemorrhage in a case of thrombocytopenia with fever raised suspicion of blunt trauma head, when it was a natural condition where thrombocytopenia led to the development of unilateral acute subdural hemorrhage, for which emergency craniotomy was performed in one of the case.
