Abstract Analyses of global scholarly publication of Total Quality Management (TQM), focus on India and compares its position with China as indexed in Scopus database during 2007–2016. It is found that in the world there are 55, 166, in India 1, 651 and in China 3, 617 publication output. United States is the highest productive country contributing 34.42%, India is in 8th rank contributing 2.99%, and China is in 3rd rank contributing 6.55% of the total productivity of the world. It identifies productive countries, the period of growth and decline, predicts future growth, authors with higher publications, subject areas of strength and weak, identify Indian core Journals and finds them to confirm Bradford's law of Scattering.
