Electronic submission substantially reduces the editorial processing and reviewing times and shorting overall publication times. Submit the document in common word file preferably Microsoft word.

Creating manuscript files: On first page give the title which should include short informative title of the article, the name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s) and address(s) of the author(s), email address, telephone and fax number of corresponding author. An abstract is required and is normally second page of manuscript. Please provide an abstract of 150 to 250 words in English and Hindi both. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviation or unspecified references. Please provide 4 to 6 key words which can be used for indexing. After the title page and abstract, the usual order of section is Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and discussion, Acknowledgments (optional) and References followed by Figures, Figure captions, Tables. Start each section (including figures caption and tables) on a new page and number all pages. Please use internationally accepted signs, symbols or units, SI units.

Figures: Submit figures in high-resolution, TIFFS/EPS/JPG files. Photographs and drawings for graphs and charts should be prepared with good contrast of dark and light. Give care full attention to the width of lines and size and clarity of type and symbols. Figure caption should be brief but sufficiently detailed to tell its own story.

Tables: Prepare tables with the table feature of your word processer, do not use tab spaces or graphics boxes. Each datum needs to be contained in an individual cell. Numbers the tables consecutively. Table heads should be brief but complete and self-contained. Define all variables and spell out all abbreviations. Tables should be placed at the end of the main text documents.

References: The list of references should only include works that are cited in the text and that have been published or accepted for publication. Personal communication and unpublished work should only be mentioned in the text. Do not use foot notes or end notes as a substitute for a reference list. Always use the standard abbreviation of a Journal's name according to the ISSN list of title word abbreviations. For citing references, a recent issue of Journal vegetables science should be consulted. Some examples of reference citation are given bellow.
