Abstract The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector have been emerged as a key for large industries and its ancillary units. It enormously contributes to the country economy growth and developing socio -economic profile of the rural and urban people. Apparently it reduces the unemployment by providing large employment opportunities at lower cost comparatively than large industries. According to fourth all India census of MSME, it accounts for around 40 percent in total industrial production and 35 percent of the total exports of the country are directly recorded by this sector. Moreover, 14 million people got employment by this sector; it is the second largest source for employment in India next only to agriculture.
