Each issue of the journal provides research platform for various niche areas in order to realize new theories and developments for research communities; thus bridging the gap between research theories and industrial developments.

The journal covers a wide range of topics in the field of Management and Information Technology. IITM has a Journal Committee that is responsible for inviting papers tentatively three months before the publication of the journal issue. It also distributes the tasks such as review of received research papers for the originality of content, checking plagiarism, level of research, proposed ideas & directions for future applications, etc.
