Aims and Scope: Pragati is a bi-annual referred journal devoted to the publication of research articles on issues of relevance to the Indian economy. India is one of the fastest growing economies of the world. At the same time, it is confronted with its own set of challenges such as poverty, income inequalities and unemployment. The journal aims to disseminate research findings and critical perspectives of scholars on topical issues concerning Indian economy.

Target Readership: The journal is intended to provide valuable inputs to academicians, researchers, policy makers and others interested in Indian economy.
