Epithelial remnants stimulated to proliferate by an inflammatory process originating from pulpal necrosis of a nonvital tooth lead to the arising of a radicular cyst. In this case report, we present a case highlighting the diagnostic dilemma of bilateral radicular cysts mimicking globulomaxillary cyst in the maxillary anterior region which was successfully treated by complete enucleation followed by apicoectomy and patient is on regular follow-up since 6 months.
