Abstract The aim of this case report is to discuss the multidisciplinary approach used for aesthetic rehabilitation of a rare case of bilateral fusion of maxillary lateral incisor with canine and both maxillary central incisors. The prevalence of bilateral fusion in permanent dentition is very less (0.02%). A careful clinical and radiographic evaluation was done to confirm the diagnosis of fusion. Endodontic therapy, hemisection of crown followed by metal-ceramic restorations was used for successful, functional and aesthetic rehabilitation of fused teeth.
