Online published on 10 February, 2015. Abstract Edentulism leads to esthetic and functional impairment with compromise in the integrity of stomatognathic system. The restoration of form and function can be done with characterization in arrangement of teeth or their denture bases. This clinical paper focuses on characterization of denture base with cheek plumper that are retained with rare earth magnets. The cheek plumper helps the muscles of facial expression to be adequately supported in their normal physiologic position to enhance the natural and esthetic appearance of the patient.
