Abstract

The paper explores the occupational stress among library professionals and challenging job condition as demanded by the competitive environment in the Private Engineering College of Indore City. The work also exposes the reasons of occupational stress among different levels of library professionals and also suggests how to convert negative stress into positive stress with qualitative and quantitative output in their work and service.
