Foliar application of plant growth retardants on sweet Potato indicated that parameters i.e. Tuber yield, TSS 0 Brix, Acidity, Dry matter content of tuber (%), Total Sugar, Reducing Sugar, Starch and Protein were significantly influenced in all the treatments and found non significant of the parameters viz., length and diameter of tuber (cm), fresh weight of tuber (kg). The higher tuber yield (25.34 t/ha) was recorded under cycocel @ 250 ul l−1.
