Knowledge regarding iron deficiency anemia among pregnant women Therese P.*, Revathi S.** *Principal, Keerai Thamilselvan College of Nursing, Pudukkottai **Principal, College of Nursing, JIPMER, Puducherry Online published on 23 May, 2017. Abstract The aim of the study was to assess the knowledge regarding iron deficiency anemia among pregnant women in selected areas at Pudukkottai District. A descriptive design was used. Seventy samples were recruited by purposive sampling technique. It was concluded that half of them had inadequate knowledge on iron deficiency anemia and found significant association between knowledge with education and type of family.
