Abstract A comparative study to assess the temperamental features between the children with Breath Holding Spells (BHS) and normal children aged between 8 months to 3 years. Based on convenient sampling technique, 50 BHS and normal children were assessed by Standard Thomas and Chess model. The results revealed that the temperamental features were high in BHS children.
