Abstract A field experiment was conducted to determine effect of Fly ash with organic and inorganic amendments (NPK) on enzymatic activities of soil taking maize crop under Punjab Agro Climatic condition during Kharif season of 2018 in Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three replications and eight treatments. The source of nutrients applied were various combinations of poultry manure, Fly ash and recommended dose of fertilizer. Results revealed that all the treatments showed positive influence over control with respect to dehydrogenase activity, urease activity, arylsulphatase and phosphatase activity. The application of RDF + Poultry manure (T2 100% RDF + 100% Poultry manure) was found to exert best results, followed by (T3 10% fly ash + 90% RDF + 90% Poultry manure).
