Abstract The case of managing change in the organization is of key importance in different theories of management. It is highly important for an organization to bring required & suitable changes in the organization. Simultaneously it is highly important first to identify the need of change. Whether external or internal, & then not only implement but also support changes in the organization to maintain the smooth functionality in the organization. Change is only permanent in nature. To sustain in this dynamic world, an organization need to transform an organization into a continuous learning mill by embracing open learning environment in the organization.
