Abstract The library takes initiative to increasing the individual potential and satisfaction of library professionals, research scholars, faculty/staff and students through outstanding learning, practical, training and teaching. To continue indicate a community speculation in an image of an improved tomorrow through sharing information, knowledge and understanding. Library is challenged by increasing information and communication technology revolutions, various information needs of scholars and immediate managerial concentration to create library reliable centres for accessing quality content. Empowering library strategies for the future discusses these challenges and recommends solutions that will go a long way in making libraries as excellence knowledge centres for acquisition, processing, dissemination and archiving of information. We will discuss how and why develop emerging areas of empower the library for future.
